We're getting together from Wednesday 20th - Saturday 23rd March, 2024 and the weather is going to be amazing! Summer in Noosa is just incredible.

We've got masterminds, roundtables and world class speakers.  We'll share what's working now, and help you with tactical sessions on lead generation, sales, improving client results and retention, all whilst building The Lifestyle Empire™ of your dreams.

That's just on the work front. On the fun side, we'll walk in the National Park walk, get the boats and jet skis out on the ocean and the river, and we'll have you over to our house for dinner.

Venue & Accommodation
We will be hosting our Intensive sessions at the Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort. It’s brilliantly located in the centre of Noosa, located close to the action of Hastings Street and the stunning beaches of Noosa.

We will be hosting the event here as well as staying here.
We start early each morning, so we invite you to stay at the resort to have the best experience possible.

How to book: Book with the hotel team directly to receive our event promotional pricing.  You will need to fill out this form so the hotel team can help with your reservation.
Dates and Times
This year, Black Belt Intensive and Boardroom Intensive are on DIFFERENT days.
Boardroom Day One will overlap with Black Belt Day Two.
This is important for communicating to your team. 
 If you are joining us in Noosa, The Boardroom Intensive Schedule will look something like this (shown in local time):

Welcome Dinner - Wednesday 20th March
  • 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM - at Miss Moneypenny's. Meet at one of Taki's favourite all  at the Pool, Surf & Sand Resort. Come say hello and enjoy a drink and some appetizers. The heated pool and jacuzzi are open for business, in case you want to take a dip!

Day 1 - Thursday 21st March
MORNING

  • (Optional) 6:00-7:00am: A buffet breakfast will be available in the Lilly Pond, just outside the Ballroom prior to the event for those that like to get an early start and meet up with members before we kick off live at 7am.
  • 7:00-11:00am: Intensive Sessions in the Ballroom, Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort

AFTERNOON
  • 12:00pm-4:00pm: An afternoon by the pool. Dive into breakthrough business insights in our reserved space in the Sofitel's private poolside cabanas for the afternoon, where relaxed conversations under the sun spark unparalleled entrepreneurial connections and innovations. 

EVENING
  • 4:30-8:30pm: The Boardroom Dinner. Join Taki and Kiri Maree as they host you for dinner at their home on the Noosa North Shore.  Water Taxi's will be departing from the Sofitel Marina and we will bring you back to Noosa between 8-8:30pm.

Day 2 - Friday 22nd March
MORNING

  • (Optional) 7:00-8:00am: A buffet breakfast will be available in the Lilly Pond, just outside the Ballroom prior to the event for those that like to get an early start and meet up with members before we kick off live at 8am.
  • 8:00-12:00pm: Intensive Sessions in the Ballroom, Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort

AFTERNOON
  • 12:30pm-2:30pm: Lunch at Locale. Amidst Noosa's lush scenery is a feast of Italian elegance and local inspiration, sparking conversations that transform ideas into reality. 
  • 3:00pm - 4:30pm: Pontoon Boat Masterminding. Set sail on the Noosa River with a small group of other smart cats running 7 and 8 figure coaching businesses. Together you will mastermind breakthroughs to your biggest business sticking points.

EVENING
  • No group sessions or dinners planned— but we have pre booked tables at some of Noosa's most sought after restaurants for you to meet up with new found Boardroom friends. Registration forms will be available in the Ballroom and we'll run through how to navigate these on Day One.


Day 3 - Saturday 23rd March
MORNING

  • (Optional) 6:30am-8:00am: The Noosa Coastal Walk & Swim. It’s a walk not a climb (trust us) and soak in those ocean views. We'll depart from the hotel and walk over, stopping on the way back with an optional swim. Barista coffee's will be available from the Lillypond for you to take with you from 6am.
  • 8:30am: Breakfast in the Lilly Pond. We'll have breakfast in the Lilly Pond as we eagerly anticipate our keynote speaker, with breakfast flowing throughout the morning session. 
  • 9:30am - 11:00am: Derek Sivers Keynote. One of our most eagerly anticipated sessions. Deeply admired by Taki, Derek Sivers will be hosting a 90minute session that promises to inspire, offering valuable lessons drawn from his vast experience, aimed at catalysing significant breakthroughs in your entrepreneurial journey.

AFTERNOON
  • 11:30am-2:30pm: Spend an afternoon cruising down the Noosa River on the Noosa Queen. We'll share insights, solidify newfound connections, and relax into the flow of conversation with no more agendas. 
  • 2:30pm - Onwards: Weather dependent, we'll either grab some pizza's and head down to the beach, or call it a day. Let's see what Mother Nature tells us. 

 
Passports and Visas
Flying in from overseas? Make sure you have a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity remaining) and you have the appropriate visas to enter Australia.

Information for US citizens entering Australia

Airports
For domestic travelers, we recommend flying into Sunshine Coast Airport. Situated in Maroochydore, it’s only a 30min drive to the Sofitel.

Coming from overseas?
Sunshine Coast is 2.5 hours from the closest international airport (Brisbane) - if you are flying direct to the event, consider flying into Sydney, then getting a domestic flight to the Sunshine Coast. This saves you a 2.5 hour drive if flying into Brisbane.

Alternatively, fly into Brisbane International Airport and organise coach or private transport to the Sunshine Coast about 2.5 hours away (no flights from Brisbane to Sunshine Coast).
What To Bring
It’s Noosa… it’s tropical and warm. Average temps during the event are about 25C.
You’ll want to pack swimmers, sunscreen, bug repellent, beach shoes, and comfortable walking shoes. We are in a tropical climate, so we do have rain showers, but we just roll with it. You can pack a raincoat if you wish, but you won’t see Taki wearing one!
What To Wear
We’re pretty casual. We’ll be workshopping, walking, and moving throughout the day, so make sure you’re comfortable. Bring a change of clothes for dinner – some venues don’t allow flip-flops, so you might want to bring a backup option!

We will be doing The Noosa Coastal Walk (it’s a walk, not a hike, it's gorgeous, trust us) - so be sure to pack some sneakers or walking shoes.

Q: Who can attend?
The in-person Boardroom events are an experience designed for founders and business partners only, not team members, spouses, or family, so please plan accordingly.
Q: What does my team get to participate in?
Your team members are invited to attend the entire Intensive virtually alongside our Black Belters (please note the date differences for this event between Black Belt and Boardroom).

Our event hosts will help guide you and your team through the agenda and sessions each day. A detailed event calendar with session topics and times will be made available in the coming weeks leading up to the Intensive.
Q: How much does it cost?
The event sessions, activities, and most meals during Boardroom Noosa are included in your Boardroom membership.

Since we need to book meals and fun stuff ahead of time, we might ask for a small refundable deposit to hold your spot for dinners or certain activities as we approach the event. If plans change and you can't make it, this just helps us cover any last-minute adjustments.
